9 Days New | Michiana Newborn Photographer

This weekend I had the joy of photographing a baby on his ninth day of life. What a glorious sunny day it was to meet this bright eyed young soul. It is amazing how the internet has changed how we live and go about life. His parents met one another online and dated long distance style. His mom is from the South, and his grandmother was able to make the trek up North to witness his arrival and spend time with her new grandbaby.

His dad is a Michigan State fan hence the colors of this cute stocking hat his mom found on Etsy.  If you’ve never been to Etsy, you probably should.  Don’t go just yet though.  🙂 I’ve spent a little too much time on Etsy lately, but I’ve had so much fun buying cute little hats and other newborn prop goodies. This hat is from WoolyWishes on Etsy. Can you guess what his dad’s occupation is? I was happy to photograph his son with his police officers cap. Dad + Mom + Baby = One Blessed Family
