A Beautiful Trio :: Elkhart Newborn Photographer

Last week, I had the privilege of meeting these three sisters.  They were an absolute dream to photograph!  I had been planning for awhile what I wanted to try and accomplish during their session.  They slept so well that I was able to check off everything on the list.  I was a little worried how I was going to tell them apart once we started posing, but their parents assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.  And it was remarkable to me how quickly we were able to differentiate them.  They were born at the beginning of May (2 months before their technical due date) and spent several weeks in the hospital.  The littlest girl had been home just over a week before the session.  They were a little over 2 pounds at birth, and at their session the smallest girlie weighed just under 5 pounds.  Can you tell which one is the littlest?

We were also able to capture a few images of each girl by herself.

Now it’s time for lots of Thanks.  Thank you to God for bringing these girls safely in to this world.  Thank you to their parents for blessing me with the opportunity to capture them in their first days of life.  Thank you to Leah Hoskins of Leah Hoskins Photography  who assisted me during the session.  Thank you to Little Keira’s Bows for the headbands, and Sweet Pea Hats for the lovely bonnets.  What a truly amazing experience!  🙂
